Avantages
smart, international co-workers great technology nice conferences in Miami, Vegas mobility within company, can switch between departments though takes time (6 months at least) Saylor is an amazing visionary I had great managers in every department I worked in, people who truly cared about me and developing my career.
Inconvénients
little brand recognition overly focused on technology - marketing too techie lack of strategic thinking for the long term management have all been there for 15+ years since the company was small, little outside perspective or MBAs very slow to get raise or move positions, HR is not powerful (though this is true in general, HR really has no power)
