      Avantages

      Pretty relaxed atmosphere to work. Good benefits overall. Probably one of the better companies to work around in the area.

      Inconvénients

      Top down decision making structure can be frustrating. Compensation can be improved. Promotions are tenure based and not so much performance based

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers

      Inconvénients

      No management level issues at least in my team.

      Good people, good office. Higher than normal base pay. AE role has unlimited upside with an aggressive commission structure

      Product is failing and little to no new deals coming in
