      Great work culture and environment, fair market pay, great benefits, strong and ethical leadership, inspiring mission and values, lovely people, I have a voice and can talk to top leaders about ideas and concerns.

      Inconvénients

      Really nothing that is a strong con. We do fall a bit behind in technology and connecting our different platforms, but we are investing more in that area and it is getting better.

      Flexible schedule, decent pay and benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Negative behavior is not dealt with in a timely manner, the work environment is treated like a social situation instead of a professional environment.
