Avantages
I have spent 10 year in this company. It is a very good company to start. The company's policy is very good for their employees. They take care of their employees in epidemic COVID-19 with their capacity. All Directors of the company is employees friendly. Most of the employees have been spent more than 10-20 years of experience within this organization.
Inconvénients
It is used to be a company with best incentive policy but incentive policy frequently change and makes difficult to earn. Salary is very low compare to market. Career Growth is major concern you may be stuck in a position for 10-15 year. Documentation work is very lengthy, repetitive and some time not relevant. Too much Diversified products with not any training and without any market intelligence.
