Some of the other team members; unprofessional behavior is praised and rewarded. The company pushes you to deliver, but the goals are unrealistic from management because they don't do the work, so they would not know. They sell hopes and dreams to clients and then do not provide Recruiters with the tools to do the work. You have to share job board times and have to utilize free websites to generate candidates.

In addition, our track record of hiring and training recruiters has proven to be a strength. We ask that our more experienced recruiters act as mentors and leaders.
