      There's nothing good about company.

      Inconvénients

      pathetic company to work with. No value for employees and they are thrashed liked anything. Hire and fire policy. Good reviews which you can see on the glassdoor are done by SEO team and employees are forced by the management to write positive feedback to increase the rating. You never know when you will be fired without any reason.

      I am working with Metaoption and I do not see any such cons that are not there with any company.

      Unstructured...Undercapitalized...Dishonest with customers...No investment in developing employees...No career opportunities...Senior management clueless as to vision, strategy planning, and managing personnel.
