      Good management in coding department. Good teamwork. Flexible shift work. Excellent training and continuing education.

      Inconvénients

      Poor compensation with low raises. Poor benefits. Poor upper management. Frequent layoffs.

      Avantages

      Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

      Inconvénients

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
