      Avantages

      Nothing. Genuinely nothing. The only pros I can think of is that when they lay you off, you actually feel pretty good. You feel free.

      Inconvénients

      3-4 company wide layoffs this year alone. Absolutely no job security. You work day in and day out, on the weekends as well, and go to bed not knowing whether or not you'll still have your job tomorrow Oh and, no Incentives.

      Avantages

      Working at this place gave me valuable experience. You learn a lot about managing clients and understanding the market. It is a demanding industry but the team is helpful and everyone works towards common goals.

      Inconvénients

      Target pressure is common in this industry.
