Avantages
may be nothing. yes one thing.... 1. you will get tea on time.
Inconvénients
1. full of politics. 2. you will get fire without any prior notice. at end of day they they call and tell you not to come from now. 3. no one means no one will going to help you. 4. They put so much pressure that every one get frustrated. 5. working hours are 9.30 but that's only on paper. every one work there for about 10.30 to 12 hours daily. and one last thing Saturday is half day but same only on paper. you have to give full day on that day.
