Love coming to work every day - Avis employé Director Meadow Ridge

The building and the work environment are beautiful and just a wonderful place to perform the responsbilities of a job. More importantly however, are the associates with whom I work. My team is wonderful, and I love partnering and working with the other Directors, Managers and associates. There is a real feeling of caring in the Community by all who are here. As associates we care for our residents and we care for each other. Our residents appreciate the service and care we provide in the different neighborhoods in our Community and engage with us daily and truly appreciate livig here.
