      Avantages

      I felt that I was fairly paid for the work I did. I believe that most everyone there truly wants to take care of the customer. I felt that within reason, I had the tools necessary to be successful in my role.

      Inconvénients

      They seem to be struggling to find their identity. It seems like they have changed their go-to-market strategy 3 - 4 times in the last 18 months. Everything is about the metrics.

      Avantages

      The company is very transparent and communicates every 90 days on how the organization is doing compared to the goals they set.

      Inconvénients

      Technology can be a brutal industry. Lots of changes regularly so you need to be able to adapt.
