      Training, Flexibility with Scheduling, Work with kids at a reasonable ratio, PTO and Sick PTO, Benefits, Ease of Scheduling, Consistent Time with Parents and Students, Feels like your a teacher already, team environment is very family oriented, community involvement

      Inconvénients

      Short breaks, No clear POI if Staff Member isn’t performing well with a timeline, little to no flexibility with time off for those that have merit

      Avantages

      Amazing place to work and rarely ever demanding, kids tend to be nice and focused, got along with coworkers and management, great as a part-time job while in school.

      Inconvénients

      Not many hours, even if you work every possible day, you only have about 15ish hours total for the week. Work hours can also be inconvenient depending on your schedule since it's always after school on the weekdays or early evening weekends.
