      Avantages

      While working at Mathnasium you have a very flexible schedule and you learn a lot about teaching strategies for young kids.

      Inconvénients

      Since most of the kids come to Mathnasium after school hour finishes, the work load is not distributed evenly and you might face very busy hours around 5PM.

      Flexibility Enjoyable working environment Good management and company culture Most shifts are in the afternoons The work is fulfilling and enjoyable since I feel like I am helping people

      Inconvénients

      $19/hr Most positions are part time and come with no benefits Because most positions are part time and don't have benefits, most employees don't stay for very long
