      Avantages

      Decent Office, Okay hours, idiotic boss

      Inconvénients

      Reports of management scamming employees (and customers!) out of money, screaming at people, demanding free things, acting like a toddler in front of people. Look elsewhere for "The Areteem Institute," there are negative reviews everywhere. The company apparently is under investigation.

      the children and connections I established while I was working there are invaluable.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of shifts, management needs to expressly state guideline in how to teach their curriculum

      Avantages

      Interesting environment where you can take up more responsibilities if you want and take control of more planing and work than other places.

      Inconvénients

      It's can be very stressful and chaotic. Management doesn't feel the need to reward employees for any reason other than extremely ambitious goals. If you're reliable, and continue at the company, expect more responsibilities but not more salary.
