      Avantages

      Marsh is part of a large organization, and thus has access to many resources and the opportunity to reach out to higher level employees. There are some good programs in place, but this is probably more for you if you are interested in insurance, which I am not. It does have great work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Work can sometimes be a little repetitive and boring, as you're essentially just building off work from the previous year's renewals, but things do change. Also, the compensation is not as much as I want, especially in a high-cost city like New York.
