      Company has a good reputation within the industry. It's not going anywhere anytime soon. Strong stock.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement in some roles, senior management seems misguided. This company has some great jobs and some that you just need to get out of.

      Avantages

      Generous PTO and good overall benefits package. Community stewardship.

      Inconvénients

      High stress and an unmanageable workload with poor work-life balance. Management expected to be available during PTO and holidays. There's no clear career progression framework, no transparency about salary ranges for each position, and promotions are applied inconsistently and unfairly.
