Avantages
I had a decent amount of autonomy, and got to work on some interesting projects across Canada. In the last decade they have refined their corporate structure to better compete nationally, and are working to better leverage their resources between silos to provide synergistic results.
Inconvénients
Staff could be better supported, there are some good people there but it seems they never get time to breath and as a result continue to spin their wheels on the same struggles. Loyalty is valued almost over competence, and so B type personalities who have 10+ years tenure bring the company down.
