      no bonus no rewards everyone is just currying founder's favor alot of internal personal drama mix with work very political typical PRC culture company beware do not join

      Working environment is ok. Colleagues are helpful and company move vry fast,

      Inconvénients

      Can be busy during peak period. Working process still improving need adapt quickily.
