- The VPs, C-levels hire their friends. It has nothing to do with skill and capability. It's all about the connections you had and not about your resume.
- They spend so much on fruitless endeavors and then put the pressure on the employees to make up for lost money and time.
- Turnover is high. No one at this company, especially in the marketing department seem to last longer than 1 year. They either get forced out, laid off, or they leave because the culture is toxic. I had 3 supervisors in the period of 9 months.
- Underpaid and undervalued. They hire people in at way too low of salary and blame their recruiting software for the ranges they come up with. It's disappointing that a company that expects so much from their employees would undervalue people this much.
