      Avantages

      The people were good to work with, There were some problems with some team members but they didnt stick around long. There were plenty of room for promotions and raises if I had stuck around longer.

      Inconvénients

      It is monotonous work, you are doing the same thing every day, over and over again.

      Avantages

      3 and 4 day weekends are great.

      Inconvénients

      Pay, requesting time off changed and we now only get 40 hours of PTO for our first year and 80 hours for our second year. 4 days of unpaid time off a year.
