Avantages
They will hire anyone because they don't do background checks. If you get an interview with them you're already hired. They will work with your schedule if you are only available certain days. You get to travel to small country towns if that's what you're into.
Inconvénients
You're not paid fairly. You would think you get paid for how many hours you work, but you only get paid per production hours. This means if you're schedule starts at 5AM, you get into the uncomfortable van with all your coworkers and it takes you 2.5 hours to get to the store, and after you get set up, you're actually counting pieces for 2 hours, then you head to another store and it takes 1 hour to count, then you head back home for another 2.5 hours: you only get paid for 4 hours of work. Gone all day but only paid 3 hours.
