      Avantages

      Get to work on projects and hold responsibilities that really expand your skill set and resume.

      Inconvénients

      Don't expect to be congratulated for any of your good work unless you're friends with the CEO. Don't expect to get a raise unless you're friends with the CEO. There is an unfortunate focus from the top of the company on aesthetic as opposed to functionality. Experienced it a few times where improvement projects were shot down because they "didn't look or feel right". There are plenty of reasons why 1/3 of the office staff has left in the last 4 months.

      Low/non-existent standards Free draft beers allowed while working!

      Inconvénients

      Swingers were in Management making incredibly unprofessional & illegal actions, promotions, and punishments.
