Only flexible time to go office and the location of office is a Pro.
Inconvénients
1. No salary, employee, bonus, or any such benefits at all.
2. No employee encouragement, no transparency, no future career growth.
3. There 2/3 managers who rule the whole company and CEO in India is just a puppet of them and Netherlands counterpart.
4. HR , the only one HR in company is not at all approachable , not at all employee friendly and thinks she is the CEO sometimes.
