Flex PTO is code to get you to feel guilty about taking time off - there's always someone counting exactly how many days you're taking off in comparison to others and gossiping around it.
The CEO did not believe in working from home until she was forced to let her employees do so due to the pandemic. They'll be rushing to get you back in the office in no time if they haven't already.
Once you're fully onboarded/trained you'll be doing the same tasks over and over again and only those in the CEO's inner circle get to do strategic work or get more face time with clients. The inner circle people are also the only ones who move up even if they constantly miss deadlines, do low quality work and get your accounts in trouble.
You won't have any support from a manager because they're constantly switching managers around, also most managers have no managerial training.
If you like taking time off in the summer, forget about June and plan on working until 11PM every day that month because it's P&G's end of fiscal year and you suddenly have to execute campaigns that would normally take 8 weeks in a matter of days.
Pay is below average. Good luck getting a raise.
Culture is fake and clickey. Most of the people who were there a year ago have left to other places.
