      Openness in information sharing. Interesting product with lots of potential.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of company focus, and lack of trust in employees. Too many backroom discussions.

      Avantages

      smart engineers, good start up atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      black box mgmt style, poor upper mgmt and they don't know what to do. wasted a lot of time in building different unrelated products because of product hypes.
