Avantages

Pretty good product, quite possibly the best in the business

Inconvénients

Management has no direction Casual Racist remarks from management Bullying culture for management, who thinks its ok to get drunk on a work event and berate staff about their choice of food Terrible management of staff - I had received an email about another staff members termination which did not happen till 3 weeks later Minimal policies and procedures Management bypassing the front door for certain things Bullying culture You know you are about to be let go when you get frozen out and stop receiving emails from management Management making you post on linkedin and glass door leaving positive reviews

Avantages

Pros – The top leadership. What does it take to get promoted? Performance or experience? Not really. Being part of the inner circle seems to matter more. Director, TA to TO — what a journey. More transparency, parity, and equity across all LM employees, not just one location, would go a long way.
