      Avantages

      This is a pretty good company to work for straight out of school. It may not be so as you transition into more mid level roles.

      Inconvénients

      The ability to rise is somewhat limited after the mid levels. There is an especially sharp focus on overhead and cutting back on any expenses, all the way down to how much paper you are printing.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
