      Job security, loyal employees, great vacation and time off, some flexibility with schedule (some can telecommute either full-time or part-time). Some jobs are only open to employees. Meaningful products.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to advance in career so work can be boring after doing it for years. You can become just a number. Confusion in work process. You get lots of work so you are expected to work many hours.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
