      Avantages

      Great company to work for, they go out of their way to take care of their employees. benefits are better than average. 4/10 work schedule provides great work-life. Ability to work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic leadership. No upward mobility, a good ole boys club. Managers and Senior Managers are lazy and aloof. HR and ethics are borderline worthless. No accountability for anyone who has been there for more than 10 years. High deductible health insurance.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
