Avantages
- Great place to gain experience - Keeps fairly up to date with technology (both software and hardware) - Amazing people to work with, hard working but also have time for a bit of a laugh - Easy to commute to and loads of on site parking - Work/life balance is great with the 9 day fortnight
Inconvénients
- You will never ever see budget for training - Promotion only when some leaves or retires - Pays far below average for your skillset - Poor communication from management - Your views aren't taken into consideration on how to improve the department - No scope for flexible working
