      Avantages

      Fantastic company leadership, suggestions and feedback are taken seriously, and upward mobility is the norm, not the exception.

      Inconvénients

      Some bad apples, as in all outdoor work. They are fired quickly.

      Fantastic employers and coworkers, do good volunteer and charity work.

      Inconvénients

      With rain outs and winter weather, work isn't consistent enough. Paychecks vary widely.
