      New Leadership Team in the last 12 months who have brought a wealth of new ideas and experience and an eagerness to really focus on the culture.

      Inconvénients

      Still a relatively small business so there can be some budget constraints which impact our ability to introduce all the positive new initiatives that the Senior Management team would like to offer.
