      Inconvénients

      Do not put your family at risk by relocating for their physiological contract. They feed you with amazing stories, it is opposite when you arrive. Managers are managers not leaders, all the positive reviews here are forced from LinkedIn. If you do not follow their cult you are out. You cannot be your own person at this company.

      Avantages

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
