      no pros at all for this team management

      Inconvénients

      you are given no direction, management is poor, absent and very rarely knows the answers to your questions. Crucial decisions are delayed, important customers left waiting

      Avantages

      Flexible hours, unlimited PTO, in a position to really grow after a few really rough years.

      Inconvénients

      Too many "yes" people near the top. VPs and directors want certain things done that they assume it will get done even if you show them hard evidence that it's not possible. If you give them a time line, they assume you can do it In half the time which is not how I work. Also there is a lot of " the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"
