Avantages
I’ve worked in a few customer services jobs, and none of them felt this balanced. Lifeplus really encourages us to care about the people we speak with and they lead by example. When a customer has a hard day, we’re not told to just move on; we’re told to make it right. And when we have a hard day, the support is there too. That kind of two-way respect makes a huge difference.
