      There’s nothing positive to say about Lifeplus.

      Inconvénients

      I don’t think anyone would want to work in the kind of environment that Lifeplus has. This company has a hostile work atmosphere and aggressive management that verbally abuses and insults employees regularly. Our supervisors are very condescending and rude, and they sometimes humiliate us when we make mistakes.

      Avantages

      The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

      Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
