Avantages
- Casual work environment - Fun perks (weekly yoga, snacks, etc.) - Great co-workers. Laid back, but very high performers. - Excellent product with great growth - Fantastic leadership team that communicates openly with employees
Inconvénients
As a small, fast-growing company, change happens quickly and frequently and expectations are high. This could create stress for people who struggle to be flexible. For me personally, I have nothing bad to say about the company or environment.
