      Avantages

      Learning Tribes brings some real innovation for corporate L&D, both on the technical and pedagogical sides. The company is quickly developing and international markets are very receptive to Learning Tribes solutions. There is plenty of room for personal and profesional development in a structure with a flexible and open environment. Diversity and meaning of projects bring daily aspiration and creativity at work.

      Inconvénients

      It's not for everybody, working pace is high and requires flexible, dynamic and curious mindsets. Expertise and adequate profiles are not as easy to find as it could be in some other industries.

      Avantages

      Good location in Miami. Nice view from office.

      Inconvénients

      Marketing purchased awards to make it look like they were good. Ruthless sales people. CEO micromanaged and stared at everyone to make sure they were productive. They spoke in French among employees who could not understands it. Remote work was never allowed. Toxic environment. All about image. None about substance. Bad move on Sitel to associate themselves with them. Their product was mediocre and they sold services by contracting vendors in Mexico who delivered cheap, low quality protects. Clients were always upset. Horrible place.
