Management lies about everything from job duties and hours to committing slander and perjury. Coworkers actually attack one another while management looks on without getting involved. HR ignores pleas for help from employees who are being physically abused and stalked. HR also ignores vital paperwork, lies about ever receiving it, and then when confronted with evidence they lied, they instead try to blame you. One employee threatened to murder multiple people including his boss and co-workers because he didn't think it was fair that he actually had to work when he clocked in (which was at least 10 minutes late every day, of course he still took about an hours worth of paid breaks not counting time he spent looking up patient's PHI out of curiosity or having his buddy in the lab draw his blood to run tests on it so he didn't have to go through a doctor). Managers intentionally do things incorrectly and force others to fix them or give them a negative write up accusing them of something they didn't do. You will never actually get a performance review but will be threatened into signing paperwork saying you did. Local employment law dictates that employers can compel employees to work overtime. However, there are no laws prohibiting interviewers intentionally lying to you about what the shift lengths are, so they tell you you'll be out on time every day. They also make you sign a non-compete, so once you take the job you quickly find you're stuck in a job that demands 12+ hours a day, no coverage for time off (they won't hire sufficient staff), and the job description you were given was a complete lie, but you will be sued if you go to work for a competitor. These are the sleaziest, most conniving, unethical exploitative monsters you will ever meet. Do not work here, they are pure evil.
