Avantages
LSM rewards those who exhibit initiative, drive, and curiosity to learn. The work is challenging and fast paced, as you'll find in any agency setting. LSM provides ample opportunity to grow in your career and gain valuable experience that would be hard to find elsewhere. One of my biggest takeaways from my time at LSM was the people. Culture is valued at LSM, and the people really make it an enjoyable place to work.
Inconvénients
LSM does their due diligence to hire the right people for each position. In periods where business is growing and new hires are being recruited and trained, workloads can get heavy for those on the team until new employees are up and running. This isn't a frequent issue, but is a challenge that I've seen at my time in LSM.
