It depends on which department you work in, but I can say that the flexibility and care are two of the best things I have experienced at LRI. Managers and supervisors see you as human and try to accommodate. The work hours and work from home schedule is pretty flexible. the environment is friendly, and you may find the best colleague that you've ever had here.

The salary is below the market, but there is room to negotiate. there was a time when one great potential worker was fired because of low performance of the group. Hope this never happen again.
