      Avantages

      Clients are all different, most all very appreciative, and there are oppportunites to do lots of kinds of work: trining, one on one consulting, semianrs, off-site work at colleges, etc.

      Inconvénients

      The hourly compensation is extremely low. Not enough interaction between consultants; they are often isolated.

      Avantages

      Company is very good to provide the clients with many resources to help them with finding employment as well as resources to help those wanting to change careers after their layoffs.

      Inconvénients

      All but a handful of the Career Consultants are 1099, The few that were fulltime were part of the deal of a recent aquire.
