      Hours, the students, co-workers, pay was competitive

      Inconvénients

      Leadership was not strong, no union, let people go for any reason, use outdated behavior management, would struggle managing many students and enable unsafe behavior use temp agency for support staff

      If you'd like a meaningful job where you work hard to help students overcome a lot of challenges you might like working here. Leadership is very good.
