      - management sees employees as family - business is not run simply on economics (they don't lay off employees just to increase profitability) - competitive benefits package - no bureaucracy, everyone treated as equals - very welcoming of people of varying values, background, personal preferences, etc...well ahead of societal standards. - staff birthdays are celebrated - mantra of company is to do good for society
