      Avantages

      It’s a fun environment and you get to do cool things and lear so much about production and post production. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and has an amazing background. Great people over all.

      Inconvénients

      This company has so much money and makes amazing profits. I saw the back of it. But they pay is the lowest of the lowest for a company this big.

      - Training - Support (on-site & in-office) - Leadership - Accessible knowledge base - Frequent travel - Unclear employee expectations and evaluation process, which is how raises & bonuses are determined - Financially focused culture, not employee focused
