      - fun atmosphere: younger demo, ping pong table, company events - open work area which fosters creativity

      Inconvénients

      - location; the office is located downtown by the Exhibition which was a long commute

      Avantages

      They allow a hybrid work model

      Inconvénients

      The pay is SUPER LOW. Almost criminal. Located in downtown Toronto, they expect you to live off a salary that was considered low even in 2005. The management seems to justify this by buying you lunch here and there. Management offered little to no support, was always micro managing, and condescending. Lastly, they do not care about the environment one bit, despite how they frame themselves!

      Inconvénients

      Extreme micromanagement, company values are overlooked and don’t exist, very low pay for the added work responsibilities thrown at you.
