      Friendly people, genuinely nice. Good company ethos with an emphasis on sustainability and doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Happy to let you get on with the job without interference. This was great for me but might not suit everyone. I’m struggling to think of genuine cons to be honest. My experience was all positive.

      As a start up company working for Just Move In, its exciting to see the business grow, and know that you are playing a key part in that. Across every department everyone is treated as family, and everyone plays an equal part in the companies growth. The over arching values of JMI are Integrity, challenge, empathy, responsibility and collaboration. These values means you are in comfortable place to put ideas forward and become a free thinker. I am thoroughly enjoying my time working for Just Move In, and would recommend it to anyone thinking about joining the team.

      I genuinely would find it very hard to pick and find any negatives.
