      Uses incredibly outdated tech, extremely rigid development philosophies, poor upper management, rampant nepotism, blatant favoritism, basically no career advancement potential

      Great company, great benefits. Genuinely good people. I don't feel like a 'number' here.

      Inconvénients

      It's an adjustment coming from a large corporate job, but trust me, it's worth it.

      Great team atmosphere. Mutual respect between Teams. Owner is an amazing leader that allows us all to be individuals. His leadership technique inspires me to excel at all that I do.

      Inconvénients

      Product is great functionally but needs a better user experience. This is coming!
