      Avantages

      Used to be a good place to work but not anymore.

      Inconvénients

      Way too many changes and u-turns. Every 6 months a new leader comes in with their entourage and starts making changes without understanding the ground reality. They burn their fingers and then another leader comes in…repeat.

      Great opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry. Lots of grunt work to build a solid foundation and understanding of multi-asset investing.

      No clear career path and opportunities for growth.
