      Good for gaining a year or two of experience

      Inconvénients

      Far too bureaucratic made worse by shifting towards US based management. Not much by way of positive employee wellbeing or initiatives to foster collaboration. London office in particular is a poor working environment.

      Great opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry. Lots of grunt work to build a solid foundation and understanding of multi-asset investing.

      Inconvénients

      No clear career path and opportunities for growth.
